DAP (Di-Ammonium Phosphate)

DAP ((NH4)2HPO4) is a light brown, granular phosphate-nitrogen compound fertilizer produced by neutralizing phosphoric acid with ammonia. The phosphate is well soluble in water, while the nitrogen content is in ammonium form. P nutrient availability is ensured for crop rotation at the same time as nitrate fertilization. DAP can be used for all types of crop and all kinds of soil and should be applied during nitrogen fertilization in the spring or autumn.

Application Method:
1-3 times within the growing season. Application rates must meet the crop requirements. The nutrient content of the soil must also be considered to avoid over-application. The recommendations of the official advisory service should be followed.
