Urea Formaldehyde Adhesive Powder (Grade E1) is a specialized adhesive powder that meets the E1
European standard for low formaldehyde emissions. It is a thermosetting resin used in
woodworking and construction, particularly for bonding materials like plywood, particleboard,
and furniture. This grade is preferred for its reduced environmental impact and safety due to
its minimal free formaldehyde content.
It is mixed with water and a hardener to create a strong adhesive. The E1 grade ensures that it
emits very low levels of formaldehyde, making it suitable for applications where health and
environmental considerations are important.
